Online Career Insight Events & Experiences Oct & Nov 2022

The below is a list of online career insight events & experiences suitable for KS4 (Year 10 & 11) and/or KS5 (Year 12 & 13) students.

All of these events are outside of the school day, some of which are happening over the October half term break.

They’re opportunities to explore a variety of industry sectors and pathways and be inspired! Attending these events can also be excellent content for future university & job/apprenticeship applications.

If you do attend one or more of these events, it’s a good idea to make notes on what you learnt from it:

  • Did you develop knowledge, gain insight and/or develop skills?
  • Do you have any actions to undertake following the event?

i.e., further research, seek in person work experience, arrange a careers meeting, add the event to your ‘activities’ section on your Unifrog* profile

*Unifrog is the Careers platform we use in school, KS5 students are familiar with Unifrog. In Life Lessons after Christmas KS4 students will be finding out more about Unifrog and how to use it. All students can log in using the school email address here: Sign In – Unifrog (click password reset)

We would love to receive your feedback on any events you attend- please provide your feedback in the quick online from via the link below:
