International Trips and Visits

A-Level Media Studies and Psychology students have the opportunity to visit Disneyland Paris to attend the Media and Psychology Live conferences. A number of Industry experts in their fields deliver presentations to students providing information on career opportunities and how they have found success in their areas. Each speaker also holds an invaluable Q&A session. In being at Disneyland Paris, students also get the opportunity to explore the theme parks, shops and restaurants as well as staying at one of the resorts themed hotels. The trip runs in February or March on an annual basis.

Every two years, we run a ski trip to the USA, which takes place in New England for 5 full days of skiing and ends with a 2 night stay in New York City. This is a fantastic opportunity for students to experience some of the best ski conditions in the USA, with tuition and equipment provided for all levels from first timers to the slopes to advanced skiers. Students also get the chance to spend time in the iconic New York City where they will see all of the major sights, including a trip to the top of the Empire State Building to see a panoramic view of the City. This is always a popular trip and one that students look forward to immensely. Search #GASki2019 on twitter to see some of the highlights from our last trip.
